My name is Deborah Mammina - I am a Certified HeartMath Clinical Practitioner, Life Changing Energy Certified Vibrational Sound Healing Practitioner, Certified Transformational Life Coach, Ordained Minister, Intuitive Energy Healer. I am also the founder of EnLighten Up Mindfulness Meditation Group and a Member of Saratoga Hospital Employee Health, Wellness and Bereavement Committees. I reside in Saratoga Springs, New York USA.

With over 30 years experience in ​the medical field - working in Emergency Medicine as an EMT/First Responder, on the Emergency Department Trauma Team, in the Operating Room and Cardiology - I have had the honour of working alongside many gifted physicians and providers -  these experiences have deeply rooted my integrative approach, blending medical knowledge with holistic and spiritual practices to support healing on the deepest level.

Through my private practice - Ascension Healing Arts, I offer Transformational Life Coaching, BioField Energy Healing Sessions and Spiritual Counsel. My heart-centered mission is to empower clients on a transformative journey of healing and self-mastery, helping them identify, address, clear and restore energetic blockages to facilitate emotional, energetic and spiritual healing. I teach tools for resilience, clarity, clearing past trauma, shifts in perspective and consciousness, thereby supporting deep transformation for greater well-being, inner peace and harmony.

My focus is on heart coherence, helping clients bring harmony and balance to the autonomic nervous system, aligning emotional, energetic, physical and spiritual health.
