Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. Some services are offered via monthly or annual subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring payments unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Accepted forms of payment include PayPal, Stripe, and credit/debit cards. Late or failed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access to services.
We offer a flexible cancellation policy:
Digital memberships can be canceled anytime. Access will remain until the end of the current billing period.
Event registrations may be 50% refundable up to 30 days before the event. After that, refunds will not be granted. However, on a case-by-base basis you can get 25% credit for a future event.
Workshops or courses are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Refund requests can be sent to Refund@ksourceKollective.com. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.
