I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with over 10 years of experience in social services, case management, and life coaching. My journey into this field began with my own personal transformation, which ignited my passion for helping others cultivate resilience, reclaim confidence, and achieve self-sufficiency.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families navigating poverty, homelessness, and behavioral health challenges. My work is rooted in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, and I provide individualized skills training, crisis prevention, and psychoeducation to empower those I serve.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong ability to manage complex cases, advocate for clients, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. I am deeply committed to reducing behavioural health disparities and uplifting underserved populations, combining practical expertise with transformational coaching to guide people toward lasting change and self-determination.

In addition to my professional experience, I bring specialized training in trauma-informed principles, crisis prevention interventions, motivational interviewing, family development, and evidence-based practices such as CANS/ANSA and Seeking Safety. I am fluent in both English and Spanish, which allows me to bridge connections and provide accessible support across diverse communities.
