Everybody has a story, and I am grateful to share mine with you.

My name is Tracy Swift, and I am an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Shropshire, UK. For over 16 years, I have been supporting clients across the globe, both online and in person, as they move through emotional pain, mental blocks, and physical challenges into lasting transformation.

My journey into this work began as a mother searching for ways to support my sons after their autism diagnoses. That personal path led me to train with some of the UK’s leading experts in hypnotherapy, and over time, I became part of the 1% of hypnotherapists in the country certified at an advanced level.

In my practice, no two sessions are the same. Each one is shaped around you, your experiences, your goals, and how you naturally process the world. I use a powerful blend of techniques, including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Psycho-sensory Techniques (Psy-TaP), Meridian Tapping, Reiki, and more. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, phobias, or weight-related concerns, my role is to guide you gently through the process of letting go, clearing and healing, all at your pace.

Our first session together lasts up to two hours, giving us space to explore the root causes of what’s holding you back. From there, we work toward freeing old patterns and reconnecting you with your own strength, balance, and self-awareness.

I am a licensed member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), fully insured and DBS registered, and committed to upholding the highest standards in client care and safety.
